It's very simple to add any kind of media to your profile - picture, audio or video files. After logging into your account, simply select the "media" menu and you'll see a drop down menu that allows you to choose from uploading photos, audio or video files.

For photos, please keep the dimensions less than 650 pixels wide and 650 pixels high. For video and audio files, please keep the file size below 5 MB in size. Not only is it difficult to upload in your browser but it may not be an effective experience for members to listen to or watch a long audio or video file. It is better to upload short segments.
