The JSoul web site is operated by Bold Plan LLC ("JSoul" or "us" or "we"). At JSoul, we respect the privacy of our users and the importance of the information they entrust to us.  This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. By using this website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and as amended from time to time, including our Terms of Service.

1. Information collection and use

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (such as your name and email address etc) and other information that does not identify you in order to receive or use services at JSoul. By participating, you consent and agree to JSoul and its service providers to collect, store and use this information so as to provide you with JSoul services. You can easily subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletters and other notifications you may receive from JSoul by going to your account settings when you are logged in.

In the event you transact business with us, we may also collect financial information such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information). We also may request information about your interests and activities, your gender and age, and other demographic information such as your hometown, your gender or your username. We may also collect and store personal information about other people that you provide to us, such as their name, address and email address. JSoul cooperates with law enforcement and other third parties to enforce the law such as pursuant to criminal investigations, protection of intellectual property rights, fraud prevention and in other ways. We may (and are authorized by your agreement to use our service) disclose any information about you to law enforcement and other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with any investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability. You may choose to close your account by contacting us either using our contact form or by writing to us at the address below. If you close your account, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and recordkeeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our web site or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

You can choose to opt out of providing us with certain information but you being unable to use some of the features of our website because such information may be required. For example, you will not be able to receive SMS alerts for your new messages if you choose not to provide us with your mobile telephone number.

7. Storage and protection your personal information. We want you to feel safe and secure using JSoul. Accordingly, we take appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, when transmitting financial information, we use SSL encryption in the transmission of your sensitive personal information between your system and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information. 8. Information you provide about yourself while using our service. Our website is a service that provides a great deal of personal interaction between members. All your submissions of content of any kind are governed by our Terms of Service. Additionally, these postings and content may appear on other websites or when searches are executed on the subject of your posting as well as for marketing purposes (for example, as part of an RSS feed which encourages users to click on the content and visit our site and meet our members.)
