Instructions:
1 cup of medium-wide noodles
1 cup cottage cheese
Salt to taste
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 cup sour cream
1 minced onion
Grated Parmesan cheese
* Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Cook noodles until tender. Drain.
* Combine the noodles with the cottage cheese, garlic, sour cream, onion, salt and tabasco.
* Oil a baking dish and pour the mixture.
* Bake until brown and crispy on top.
* Serve with the grated Parmesan cheese and more sour cream.
